Program Inclusions:
12 week At Home Learning Program + Up to 6 Weeks On-site Program Access
1.) At Home Learning Program
When you register, each week for 12 weeks we'll release your off-court mental fitness session into your Home Exercise Learning Portal App, so you can practice our PACT Method skills from the convenience of your own home. We'll also release 8 on-court sessions over 12 weeks (the first 4 core sessions will be released fortnightly) where you can develop on-court strategies at a court convenient to you. Simply watch the video examples, then practice them via your Session Instructions Manual. In these sessions you'll progressively learn our ABC Routine skills so you're ready to participate in the On-site program regardless of the weeks you attend.
2.) Weekly On-site Off-Court Education
Each week, if you're participating in the program on-site we'll conduct a specific 30min off-court mental fitness session so you can benefit from the PACT Method guidance of our Mentally Tough Tennis certified coaches.
3.) Weekly On-site On-Court Mental Fitness Sessions
Each week, if you're participating in the program on-site you'll also get access to our 60min on-court mental fitness session so you can learn and practice the revolutionary ABC Routine under the guidance of our Mentally Tough Tennis certified coaches.
